Hmm. Not sure if that’s a good thing… Anyway, filling in that damn form was an undeniably tedious and mundane task, which I tackled with a distinct lack of enthusiasm.
Or maybe I just hide my contempt well.

No. I bloody hope not anyway.
May I just note, apropos of nothing, that I write all my blog posts in my free time; the fact that some of them are posted during office hours simply reflects my desire to put them up when more people are online.
That's a baddie, because it doesn't evaluate the RESULTS of your effort. It's like getting "Tries hard" on your school report.
Believe me, 'cos I spent a couple of decades in management :-(
